Notice on Deposit and Withdrawal Channel Arrangements During Chinese New Year

With the upcoming Chinese New Year holiday, please be advised of the following arrangements for our deposit and withdrawal channels:


UGate
From February 16 to February 18 (inclusive), UGate will be fully closed. Deposit and withdrawal services will be suspended during this period and will resume after the holiday.


Ex-Link
Customer service will remain available 24/7 throughout the holiday period to provide consultation and support.


MAXPAY
The automated deposit and withdrawal system will continue to operate as usual.
However, orders requiring manual intervention may experience processing delays. We appreciate your understanding.


Please make the necessary fund arrangements in advance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your continued support.
